The "Dissolved air flotation phosphorus removal system" used in this project integrates flocculation reaction and muddy water separation. It mainly removes total phosphorus TP and SS by adding chemicals to collect muddy water separation, while removing part of COD, ammonia nitrogen, etc., to ensure that the total phosphorus TP of the effluent is less than Equal to 0.2mg/L, SS is less than or equal to 10.0mg/L.
Dissolved air flotation dephosphorization system is composed of 8 series. The processing capacity of all process equipment in each series is 50,000 tons/day, and the total processing capacity of the system is 400,000 tons/day.
The system mainly includes water inlet and outlet and water distribution system, flocculation reaction system, micro bubble generation system, release system, scum collection and discharge system, bubble filter layer generation system, bottom mud discharge system, scum defoaming system and automatic control system.
The phosphorus removal purification device is composed of a high-efficiency vortex reactor and a flotation type solid-liquid separation device. It adopts a high-efficiency compound phosphorus removal agent, which can efficiently remove total phosphorus TP, inorganic particles, colloidal substances, industrial wastewater, domestic sewage and other water bodies. Grease, while effectively degrading organic matter (TOC, ammonia nitrogen), etc., complete the high-efficiency removal of phosphorus from the water body and achieve a good purification effect of the water body. The device has the advantages of low energy consumption, low cost, small area and good water output. It is mainly used in the fields of municipal water plant upgrading, black and smelly river treatment, industrial wastewater phosphorus removal, etc.
Core technology 1: Micro and nano bubble generation technology
Because the micro-nano bubble generation system adopts the dual jet high-speed spiral motion mixing method under the high pressure environment of 0.5MPa, the air and water are instantaneously atomized in the special design structure of the core component, supersaturated and dissolved, and its energy utilization rate is nearly 100%, and then cut by undamped swirling flow to form micro-nano bubbles.
The patented technology of bubble filter layer refers to the formation of 1500mm-2000mm "micro-nano bubble filter layer" in the solid-liquid separation area through the special design of the equipment structure. The establishment of "bubble filter layer" adopts the mechanism of filtration and interception technology to realize the filtration and purification of pollutants such as suspended solids and grease in wastewater, which greatly improves the purification efficiency and operation stability of the water body, so as to achieve the device The effluent SS is less than 10mg/L, and the turbidity is less than 1.0NTU.
