Sludge Mud Scraper System Structure:

The ring gear has a complete bearing combination, the tooth profile machining accuracy is above JIS6, and the material hardness is 250 to 300BHN. The bearing joint part is precisely processed, and the bearing is assembled and sealed for pollution prevention. The final pinion gear is made of carbon steel or alloy steel and is installed on the output shaft of the planetary gear reducer. The material hardness is 250 to 350BHN, and the tooth surface is hardened to 52 to 60RC hardness.

 

In the end, the gear of the reducer and the bearing are immersed in an oil bath of a dust-proof shell, with oil pipes, oil needles and drain valves. The ring gears are made of ASTM A27 cast steel. All connecting and engaging parts are precision Clamped after processing.

 

The planetary reducer is precisely installed on the top of the final reducer, and its reduction mechanism is B10 specification with a life of more than 100,000 hours.

 

The planetary gear reducer is driven by a worm gear reducer, and its transmission coupling shaft is attached with a rotary handle reduction gear B1 () specifications. The service life is more than 100,000 hours.

 

The worm gear reducer is equipped with a torque protection device to prevent equipment overload. The torque protection device is equipped with a two-stage action switch, which can sound an alarm at different set torques, or cut off the power supply, and a torque indicator to display the output torque value.
