DAF equipment is liquid/solid or liquid/liquid separation process to remove tiny suspended solids that density close to the water, colloid ,oil and grease etc.This is an innovation combined with traditional dissolved air flotation concept and modern technology.

Application Of Dissolved Air Flotation

Working Principle Of Dissolved Air Flotation

The working principle of the air flotation machine is to make a certain amount of air and a part of the return water under a certain pressure to form a saturated dissolved gas carrier in the dissolved gas tank, and the pressure is suddenly reduced by the releaser to obtain a large number of fine bubbles, which quickly adhere to the flowing particles in the water, Emulsified oils, baths, and flocs that undergo coagulation reactions cause the floc to have a smaller specific gravity than water, and are forced to float quickly on the water surface to obtain solid-liquid separation.
