We produce shaftless flight from a single rod or an inner and outer  flight structure composed of multiple stacked rods. The scraper is made of two, three or more individual rods or a combination of spiral and segmented scrapers. This adds cross-section, strength and stiffness to the flight. Multiple rods can have different thicknesses and heights, and can even have different materials, such as carbon steel internal threads and wear-resistant external threads, thereby saving costs.
